Last year I discussed a settlement over accommodated LSAT takers, and I emphasized later that such a settlement would likely lessen the predictive value of the LSAT. Despite subsequent objections from LSAC, a federal magistrate judge has just largely approved (PDF) all of the terms of the consent decree.
