Colorado Supreme Court releases opinion in recall case

In August, I blogged about the Colorado Supreme Court's decision advising that the recall mechanism as it existed--which required a vote on the recall before voting on the replacement--was unconstitutional.

The Colorado Supreme Court has now released an opinion (PDF) explaining its decision. I hope to have some analysis of the opinion (and the dissent) soon.
